Conduct ISO 9001 and project performance-based audits.
Plan, install, sustain, and improve a total quality system in accordance with industry quality standards, ISO 9001, and clients’ requirements.
Develop and lead quality related technical training to operations to ensure that Hermes Oil follows established quality policies and procedures; meets/exceeds clients’ quality expectations and standards, ISO, and other certification requirements.
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
The QA/QC officer is to be stationed at the dispensing location and work with the store attendant to monitor and track the dispensing of the inventory.
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
Ensure all legal standards are met.
Provide training of personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process, including the interface and response to audits such as those conducted by the client or third parties.
Job Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
1 - 2 years work experience.
Proven experience in QA / QC onshore activities in the downstream oil and gas industry.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Program.
Good analytical skills and excellent quality tools and methodologies.
Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System.
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
The ability to identify and intervene in problem areas, well-developed problem-solving skills.
The ability to interface seamlessly with downstream operators/contractors.
