Quality Control at Frutta Foods and Services Nigeria Limited

Responsible for juice processing in line with quality and production standard and to deliver the production of quality product through standardized processing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct several product tests and assessments.
• Identification of product defects and record and report discovered issues.
• General monitoring of activities in the company premises including cleaning, hygiene, workplace ethics and safety.
• Preparation of chemicals needed for all analysis.
• Physiochemical analysis of juice and water.
• Quality control supervision of the production line.
• Adhere to the company’s quality control SOP
• Carrying out Microbial Analysis.
• Data entry of all analysis carried out.
• Ensures 100% compliance to all quality standards.
• Ensures continuous leaning and development and keep abreast of recent juice and beverages quality standards.
