Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer at Bilaad Realty Limited

Job Description

As part of our commitment to maintaining world-class quality across all project sites, we are seeking competent and detail-oriented QA/QC Officers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans for construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and drawings.
• ⁠Ensure materials and workmanship conform to approved quality benchmarks.
• ⁠Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, checklists, and documentation for all project phases.
• ⁠Identify and report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• ⁠Collaborate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Construction Management, or related fields.
• ⁠⁠Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction or real estate sector.
• Sound understanding of construction materials, standards, and testing procedures.
• ⁠Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
• ⁠Certification in QA/QC or related quality management systems will be an added advantage.
