Quality Assurance and Control Officer, Fiber Operations at IpNX Nigeria Limited

Job Summary

• Reporting to the QA/QC Lead in Infrastructure Quality Unit, The Quality Assurance and Control Officer will be responsible for Spot Checks and Reporting of Outside Plant Fiber Activities and Milestone and Final Acceptance Testing.
• You will report to the Team Lead QA and QC and will contribute to the overall Quality Objectives of the Infrastructure Division.
• You are tasked with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagements with customers and stakeholders, proactively providing support and input when required.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance And Compliance of Outside Plant Deployments and Operations.
• Periodic Audit and Verification of Maintained Information and Records.
• Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices as required in the Infrastructure Quality Unit.
• Build and maintain a healthy relationship with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in all training requirements of the Division.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Eng Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years experience in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works standards and specifications.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
• Conversant with the Use of CAD and GIS.
• CFOT is an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge of Fiber Turnkey Deployments and Civil Works and Materials standards.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Tools, AutoCAD/Visio, A good knowledge of GIS will be an added advantage
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
