The Quality Control Coordinator (QA/QC Coordinator) will be responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of a specific MTTC project to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards.
This role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process, and working with in-house and external personnel (e.g., Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) to produce and document a quality product.
The QA/QC Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager for the sake of assuring that a conflict of interest does not occur among the productivity, schedule, and quality objectives of the product.
Key requirements:
Relevant quality training degree or certificate
Civil Engineering qualifications (HND, BSC or equivalent)
Minimum of 8 years’ experience
Must be computer literate and very knowledgeable in Microsoft package
High attention to detail
Problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with good business judgment
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Determined work ethic and must be seen to be professional at all times (communication and presentation)
