QA/QC Coordinator at iRecruiters Africa Limited

Job Purpose:

• The Quality Control Coordinator (QA/QC Coordinator) will be responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of a specific MTTC project to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards.
• This role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process, and working with in-house and external personnel (e.g., Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) to produce and document a quality product.
• The QA/QC Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager for the sake of assuring that a conflict of interest does not occur among the productivity, schedule, and quality objectives of the product.

Key requirements:

• Relevant quality training degree or certificate
• Civil Engineering qualifications (HND, BSC or equivalent)
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience
• Must be computer literate and very knowledgeable in Microsoft package
• High attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with good business judgment
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Determined work ethic and must be seen to be professional at all times (communication and presentation)
