Python, Machine Learning / Deep Learning Officer at Hackcity Tech

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Should have more than 3 years professional experience using python/R.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and algorithms development.
• Deploy machine learning models on either web or mobile.
• Good understanding of machine learning concepts like numerical analysis, statistics or python packages like numpy and pandas.
• Experience building models with tensorflow/pytorch and scikit-learn libraries.
• Able to build efficient server-side applications using python libraries.
• Develop, build, test, and validate algorithms and models.
• Expert with creating python technical documentation.
• Work with large data sets to solve complicated data analysis problems using statistical and machine learning approaches.
• Build mathematical models from various data types capable of providing insights, to create and improve the product.
• Test with new models, methods & techniques for a better outcome.
• Standardize algorithms and methods used within the business unit.
• Create and maintain standard software libraries, as well as the documentation that goes with them.
• Has coached junior team members.
• Experience with Python frameworks – Django, Flask, and Bottle.
• Solid experience with Python, MATLAB/ R.
• Proven experience with statistical data analysis/modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong experience working with a variety of relational SQL and NoSQL databases,
• Experience working with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider solution (AWS, GCP, Azure),
• Ability to work in a Linux environment,
• Industry experience building innovative end-to-end Machine Learning systems,
• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches,
• Experience working with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures and designing APIs,
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools,
• Expertise in standard software engineering methodology, e.g. unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, code reviews, design documentation,
• Relevant working experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a big plus.
