Fractional Chief Technology Officer at Talenture

What You'll Do: 

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive technology  strategies aligned with client business goals. 
• Technology Assessment: Conduct technology audits to identify gaps, risks,  and opportunities for improvement in client technology infrastructure. 
• Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects from conception  to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and  budgets. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information  Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. 
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles,  preferably within the financial services, technology, or telecom sectors. 
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development,  infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other key technology areas. 
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and  influence stakeholders at all levels. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with  the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. 
• Business Development Collaboration: Experience working with business  development teams to scope client projects and identify technical solutions. 
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to  think strategically and implement effective solutions. 
• Project Management: Experience managing complex technology projects, with a focus  on meeting deadlines and budgets. 
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and  compliance requirements. 
• Flexibility: Ability to work on a fractional/part-time basis, with flexibility to meet  the varying needs of multiple clients. 
• Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client  needs and craft technology solutions that meet their requirements. 
• Technology Architecture: Design and oversee technology architectures that are  scalable, reliable, and secure. 
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage technology vendors and  partners to ensure the delivery of high quality technology solutions. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technology strategies and project updates  to stakeholders, including client executives, to ensure alignment and understanding. 
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams, providing  technical guidance and leadership as needed. 
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations,  and best practices, with a strong focus on technology security. 
• Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and  innovations, providing recommendations for their application within client  environments.
