Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive procurement of engineering materials for hotel projects, including formulating procurement strategies, supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
• Research the local market, understand material price trends, and provide recommendations on procurement strategies and cost optimization.
• Handle tendering processes, evaluate suppliers' capabilities, reputation, and competitiveness, and conduct negotiation activities.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and the supply of high-quality materials.
• Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company quality standards, project timelines, and cost requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate procurement performance, develop and implement improvement measures to enhance procurement efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Stay updated on market changes and emerging procurement trends, providing suggestions for improvements in procurement strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in the hotel engineering industry, with a good understanding of the market and price trends of engineering materials.
• Previous experience working in engineering companies or the hotel industry is preferred, with access to industry-specific supplier resources.
• Excellent supplier management skills, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Strong ability to optimize costs and manage risks, providing innovative solutions.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, capable of building good relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Self-driven and problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and take ownership.
• Proficiency in relevant office software and procurement management systems.
