Job Description
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of goods to maintain proper inventory accuracy.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
Optimize layout and storage techniques to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient movement of goods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed to prevent accidents and injuries.
Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service, to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warehouse operations promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a track record of success in optimizing warehouse operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of inventory control principles, logistics processes, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
