Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Provider selection and management: enlisting, negotiation, delisting, rewarding, training, enlightening
• Providers audit and quality assurance: this involves infrastructure audit, treatment protocol compliance, service quality Health talks

Requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• 5 - 10 years post NYSC
• Required Competencies:
• Knowledge of the function and the business(HMO)
• Analysis and development of solutions.
• Decision-making.
