Job Summary

• The Protocol Officer oversees all airport-related logistics for VIPs, executives, and key personnel, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient passage through Murtala Muhammed International and Domestic Terminals. 
• This role demands precision, discretion, and proactive coordination across immigration, customs, and transport touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level meet-and-greet services across MMA terminals, ensuring seamless airport experiences.
• Facilitate fast-track immigration, baggage handling, customs clearance, and airline check-ins.
• Provide real-time updates on flight movements, gate changes, and schedule shifts.
• Coordinate visa-on-arrival processes and ensure timely document processing.
• Supervise all ground logistics - airport pick-up, drop-off, and inter-terminal transfers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in protocol or executive airport services, preferably at MMIA or MMA2.
• Exceptional interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and sound judgment under pressure.
