    Property Sales Manager

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing strategies to expand market share, overseeing daily operations of the sales department, and ensuring the sales team consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations.

The successful candidate will marry these characteristics and be able to provide solutions for different business needs while exhibiting good management skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
    • Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets for the team and ensure they are met on time.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and business partners.
    • Sales Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and skills.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges.
    • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
    • Forecasting & Planning: Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure the team is aligned with long-term business objectives.
    • Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience 5+ years as a Property Sales Manager or similar role in a sales-driven environment.
    • Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies.
    • Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to adapt to market changes and customer needs.
    • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.

    Preferred:

    • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (optional).
    • Advanced knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Proven track record of leading sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
