Property Manager at JV Management Consulting

Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, tenants’ needs are addressed promptly, and the properties’ financial performance is optimized.
• This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
• Manage tenant relations, including addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and manage delinquent accounts.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize vacancies and increase occupancy rates.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets, ensuring properties remain financially viable.
• Work with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain high property standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations.

Requirements

• First Degree in Estate Management or related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and work under pressure.
• A good understanding of local property laws and regulations.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
