    Project Support Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Project Support Officer is integral to the effective management and expansion of our projects. This position focuses on ensuring seamless communication and support within the project team and among stakeholders. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on enhancing user experience and project processes.
    • The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating communication, managing project-related interactions, and providing training and support to users and team members. This includes preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and training materials. The Project Support Officer will also contribute valuable insights for project improvements and expansion, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about supporting and driving project success.

    Duties include:

    • Routing requests/applications from the Project Secretariat to appropriate approval level.
    • Resolving user complaints and inquiries.
    • Providing recommendations for improving user experience.
    • Providing recommendations & feedback noted from fieldwork for project expansion.
    • WhatsApp Correspondence (Managing project groups and communication on WhatsApp)
    • Providing training and over-the-shoulder support services to users.
    • Extrapolating vital information from tickets raised for resolution.
    • Provide support for NBMS product demonstration sessions to stakeholders.
    • Provide support for provision of routine training for NBMS Desk Officers and Support Teams.
    • Prepare and update training materials (Manuals and Videos).
    • Prepare routine training curriculum and schedule.
    • Prepare project documentation, such as status.
    • Other responsibilities as required by the Supervisor.

    EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with minimum of two years professional experience.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong writing and presentation skills, and communication abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
    • Ability to carry out responsibilities independently with minimal technical support from Supervisor.
