Project Support Executive at MacTay Consulting

Job Summary

• Project Support Executive will give full support to the project engineer, contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.
• Manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy, safety and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the safety and quality culture for the organization.
• Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.
• Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies, and practices to ensure the delivery of projects complies with agreed project management methodology.
• Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
• Communicate with project engineer and other project participant to provide updates regarding project status and implementation.
• Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating meetings and preparing papers, to support project management delivery.
• Interacting with contractor, interpreting their needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Engineering discipline (Mechanical most preferred)
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Project field and FMCG Industries.
• Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Use of basic AutoCAD tools (DWG.)
