Job description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background to oversee construction, renovation, and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, maintaining quality standards, and leading construction teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of project phases.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction or finishing.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, schedules, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Manage site labor and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and safety.
• Oversee finishing works including tiling, painting, carpentry, and fit-outs to ensure a high-quality final product.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in construction supervision, especially in renovation and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and construction scheduling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
