    Project Operations Officer

    Job Purpose

    • To supervisethe project operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

    Job Description

    • Supporting the Line Managerin developing and directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operations of the company.
    • Support in identifying and developing new opportunities for the organisation to sustain growth
    • Maintaining an on-going, transparent dialogue with the Line Managerto ensure that the Lineis kept up to date with day to day project activities.
    • Ensure that items requiring the attention of the Line Managerare submitted in a timely manner and that relevant briefing papers are presented in sufficient time to allow consideration of content.
    • Ensuring appropriate project operational planning and quality assurance control systems are in place and complied with.
    • Representing the company in business meetings with Clients, professional associations and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
    • Monitoring project operational performance of both internal and external service providers
    • Ensure company assets are well maintained through a system of audits and maintenance plans.
    • Provide clear and concise weekly/monthly reports to the Line Manager on projectsoperations.

    Academic Qualifications& Required Skills

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline
    • Professional Certification in Project management or related certification is an added advantage
    • Understanding of business management and operational process
    • Demonstrable experience of managing tasks and deadlines; able to resolve conflicting priorities.
    • Relationship & stakeholder management
    • Flexible approach to work and be hands-on to get the task done
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
