The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and delivering projects that align with organizational objectives. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.

Project Planning

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify resource requirements and allocate them efficiently.

Project Execution

• Lead project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues or roadblocks promptly.
• Ensure project adherence to quality standards and organizational guidelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and performance.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
