Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, You are responsible for coordinating efforts of internal and external resources to execute the company’s and its subsidiaries' projects. To ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the assigned budget, to deliver on its objectives and meet the clients’ expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning and initiation by gathering requirements, and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and propose mitigation steps.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to track project tasks and milestones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
• Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• BSC/HND in Business Administration or Social Sciences or related field
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience with Project Management Experience
• Project Management Certification
• Degree in Medical field an advantage
