    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    As Project Manager, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the organization. This leadership position requires a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in the technology sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and strategy
    • Working closely with existing programs leads to developing and managing execution plans across projects.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
    • Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
    • Address issues, risks, and challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Communicate project goals, expectations, and status to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources efficiently for project execution.
    • Optimize resource utilization across multiple projects.
    • Develop and manage project budgets as needed, ensuring financial goals are met.
    • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide financial reports as needed.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
    • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
    • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
    • Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve processes.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

    Qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 5 years experience and a track record of successfully delivering technology projects.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
