Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure delivery within scope.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and legal requirements.
• Manage and lead project teams effectively to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in real estate project management or construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
