Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Construction & Site Engineering , Project & Program Management
Requirements
- Must have atleast 5years working experience.
- Male candidiate and must be ready to travel outside Abuja to job locations.
- Price / forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation for civil and procurement contracts.
- Track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Must be conversant with federal government procurement process for federal government contracts.
