Project Manager(Property) at Jeroid Ltd

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver real estate projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources effectively.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project challenges.
• Budget Oversight: Track expenses, manage project budgets, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet industry and company quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and internal stakeholders; provide regular updates and manage expectations.
• Scope Management: Prevent scope creep, monitor project scope, and manage changes effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Timeline Management: Track milestones, monitor progress, and implement adjustments as needed.
• Closure & Evaluation: Finalize documentation, obtain client/stakeholder acceptance, and capture lessons learned.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate or construction-related projects.
