Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Oversee budget allocation and resource management to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the QSR, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of QSR operations, supply chain management, and customer service protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).

Preferred Skills & Competencies:
