    Project Manager

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Accomplish construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; estimating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling, identification and response to risk between management & technical teams
    • Monitor and control project constraints [time, cost and scope]
    • Manage/ensure quality & timely delivery of projects
    • Leads regularly scheduled project huddles & meetings including kick off & close out
    • Leads the development of reports, analyses & project presentations
    • Ensure the quality of project deliverables
    • Ensure project resources to meet the company's needs
    • Ensure that defined project schedule & deliverables are completed in a timely manner
    • Deliver project deliverables in compliance with the company's quality control procedures & guidelines
    • Identify successes and constraints of building plan and prepare progress reports
    • Prepare building project reports after site visitations
    • Design and manage a monitoring and evaluation systems including monitoring the plans and managing the implementation
    • Facilitate the submission of progress report via email with pictures and videos
    • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sites being managed
    • Support the Chief Project Officer in preparing reports and documentation of project briefs as required
    • Carryout and facilitate start, mid-term and end of term project review
    • Monitor and evaluate construction sites
    • Monitor progress of building project activities
    • Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and review; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Applicant have a minimum of five years’ experience as Project Manager within the construction industry with a proven successful track record.
    • Has a degree or HND/BSC in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Engineering
    • Key attributes associated with this role include excellent technical and commercial skills.
    • Civil, Building. Structural Engineering, or Architectural professional qualification preferred but not essential.
    • Strong commercial awareness with ability to understand and communicate value propositions of construction products and systems.
