Job Description

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 
• This includes defining project scope, managing resources, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. 
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status.
• Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Close out projects, including documentation and final reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in project management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
