Our Client is into Construction, real Estate, designs and Consultancy services and has office s located within Ikeja, Lagos.

The Project manager is a senior Position and reports directly  to the Managing Director. The job roles and responsibilities of the project includes but not limited to the followings:

• Managing construction bids
• Supervising all Site Engineers
• Creating construction schedules to avoid project delay
• Planning and monitoring project budget to ensure that the projects run on budgeted costs
• Hiring and managing the workforce
• Finding and managing subcontractors
• Managing equipment and materials
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Keeping clients and your boss on the loop
• Manage risks

This candidate must have strong personality, leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, communication skills and Emotionally balanced

The Candidate must possess a professional qualification preferably COREN, NSE, e.t.c
