Job Description

• The successful Associate will be responsible for:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage project teams to ensure efficient execution of project activities.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to completion, with reports submitted within the scheduled time allocated for the project
• Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Apply extensive knowledge of the construction, logistics, and oil and gas industries to manage projects effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in relation to AGO and CNG.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
• Track project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and Partners.
• Address project-related issues and challenges promptly, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and records.
• Ensure all project documents are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Extensive experience in project management within the construction, logistics, and oil and gas industries.
• In-depth knowledge of AGO and CNG operations and projects.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
