Ensure that the project is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System
Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project.
Contribute to the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets
Ensures timely internal and external reporting
Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit &Loss forecasts
Ensures coordination of interfaces
Ensures project execution and financial close out of product group with appropriate feedback
Any other duties that may be assigned by the direct report for the efficient operation of ongoing projects etc.
You are meant for this job if:
8 years relevant experience in Engineering, Scheduling, Procurement, Planning, cost or Quality Assurance plus 5 years’ experience in a Project Supervisor/Management function.
BS Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Operations or related field.
Completion of PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification. MBA or equivalent business experience.
Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Project Management techniques and standards.
Good understanding of the business principles for the Oil & Gas industry
Good product knowledge of all product lines or work package groups.
Good knowledge of EPCI work processes and sequences
Knowledge about the Global Business Process Management System (GBPMS)
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Must demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to present data and fact in a clear and consistent manner
Must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in order to interact with Internal and External Customers/Suppliers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
Good Knowledge of Commercial and Legal issues
Excellent PC skills including proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications required.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the country, without sponsorship.
