    Project Coordinator

    Job Roles
    The preferred candidate will:

    • Be accountable for project results alongside with the project manager
    • Develop and execute project strategies while working with the Project Manager and Head of Operations
    • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
    • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from business and operational meetings
    • Attend CSR/Medical Outreaches by the organization or in collaboration with 3rd Party.
    • Hands-on technical approach in setting up display booths at events and programs where the organisation is to be represented.
    • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that may arise
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
    • Create and maintain a database of comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
    • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives of projects.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in a related field of study
    • 3 years proven post NYSC experience in Project Management is Key.
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other credible project management certifications is a plus.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Understand project management lifecycle, from conception to delivery
    • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
    • Solid time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, including multitasking
    • Detail oriented , strong client-facing and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel & SharePoint would be advantageous
    • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Zoho or Trello).

    Salary
    N150,000 - N175,000 monthly.
