An NGO is seeking a dynamic and organised Program & Partnerships Coordinator to join our foundational team. We are a non-profit building the Noblesse Tribe—an ecosystem for collective empowerment. While our revolutionary app is in development, our mission to serve the community starts now.

This role is critical. You will be on the front lines, delivering tangible value and building trust with our community from day one. You will take the lead on our first two major initiatives: administering a vital scholarship fund and forging strategic partnerships with educational institutions across the nation.

As our Program & Partnerships Coordinator, you will be the engine of our early-stage impact. You won't just be planning—you'll be doing. You will:

• Take full ownership of our inaugural scholarship program, from creating the application process to selecting and supporting 15 deserving students.
• Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with universities and vocational schools, negotiating valuable tuition discounts for all Noblesse Tribe members.
• Work directly with the Director of Operations to lay the groundwork for all future community programs, establishing the gold standard for how we serve our members.
