    Programs Manager

    Reports To: Lead Coach

    Salary: 200k Net

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and detail-oriented Programs Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our coaching and mentorship programs. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external coaches, mentors, and clients to ensure the delivery of high-impact learning experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Development & Management

    • Design, structure, and manage coaching and mentorship programs (virtual and in-person).
    • Coordinate the full lifecycle of programs—from conception and planning through execution and evaluation.
    • Ensure programs align with organizational goals, learning outcomes, and client needs.
    • Develop program content in collaboration with subject-matter experts and coaches.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for coaches, mentors, clients, and program participants.
    • Onboard and support coaches, mentors, and facilitators.
    • Foster a vibrant, inclusive community of practice among participants.

    Operations & Logistics

    • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery logistics.
    • Utilize digital platforms (e.g., LMS, CRM, Zoom) to manage and streamline program delivery.
    • Track program budgets, timelines, and milestones.

    Monitoring & Evaluation

    • Establish metrics for success and monitor program impact.
    • Collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.
    • Prepare reports and insights for stakeholders

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Law,Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in coaching, L&D, or educational services.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience using digital tools like LMS platforms, CRMs, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
