About the Role

• As the Programs and Operations Lead, you will spearhead the overall operations and programs of the foundation, ensuring that our activities are impactful, our processes are efficient, and our funding goals are met.
• You will work closely with various departments to align our efforts with our mission while building and nurturing strategic partnerships to expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of LHF’s programs to maximize impact.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of all departments.
• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, including writing grant proposals and building donor relationships.
• Establish partnerships with local and international stakeholders to support program delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Demonstrated experience with women empowerment programs is highly desirable.
• A strong passion for being a social change agent, particularly in empowering women, is essential.

Who We are Looking for
We are looking for a resourceful, goal-oriented individual with:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in program management, operations, or leadership in the NGO sector.
• A proven track record in grant writing and securing funds from diverse sources.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Passion for community development and a commitment to driving sustainable change.
• Demonstrated experience with women empowerment programs is highly desirable.
• A strong passion for being a social change agent, particularly in empowering women, is essential.
