Position Overview
As the Programme Manager (Study Abroad Programs), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Study Abroad Programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of students pursuing international scholarships.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinated, and executed Study Abroad Programs, ensuring compliance with examination board requirements and deadlines.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the Study Abroad Programs, including goals, objectives, and timelines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with examination boards, external partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and manage the examination registration process, including candidate enrollment, fees, and documentation.
Provide guidance and support to students, and school staff involved in the examination process.
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to stakeholders, including performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Stay current with developments and changes in Study Abroad Program standards and regulations.
Represent the organization to external stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field.
Must have proficient knowledge about scholarship opportunities, especially in the USA and other countries across the globe.
Must have sufficient knowledge about standardized examinations such as SAT, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.
Must understand both undergraduate and postgraduate admission processes in international schools and its requirements.
Must be able to identify candidates with scholastic academic potential for scholarship opportunities across the globe.
Highly proficient in 21st-century ICT skills
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to work with diverse teams and external partners.
Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to achieving excellent results.
Knowledge of international education trends and examination best practices.
