Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and creative Program Officer at Foundershub with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing team.
• This role is perfect for someone passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and community development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage entrepreneurship programs, bootcamps, and training session
• Coordinate partnerships, mentoring sessions, and ecosystem projects
• Liaise with startups and support their participation in pitch events, hackathons, and incubation
• Monitor and evaluate program impact and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the communications team to promote programs across digital platforms
• Represent the hub at events and community meetings
• Support fundraising and grant proposal development when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in social sciences, business, or tech-related areas)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in program management, project coordination, or a related role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth empowerment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for planning and communication
