The Program Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of YPHO’s programs. This includes planning, coordinating, and evaluating program activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of program activities.
Ensure effective implementation of project activities, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Prepare program reports and assist in monitoring and evaluation.
Coordinate with field staff, partners, and donors to ensure smooth implementation.
Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in development studies, public health, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in program management, preferably with an NGO.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
