    Program Coordinator -NGO

    • As the Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, spearheading program planning, budgeting, action plans, and monitoring processes. your creativity and resourcefulness will shine as you create impactful programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and vision

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in an NGO or similar setting.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken communication.
    • Strong negotiation and marketing skills
    • Goal-oriented mind-set with a commitment to integrity.
    • Keen observational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated leadership in teams and adept problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using social media tools and software applications (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations)
