Who You Are
Excited by Kibo’s mission and learning principles: you want to help us reach thousands of students, and share our belief in active, relevant, peer-oriented learning
Eager to build from scratch: we are a startup institution in full learning and iteration mode. You should be excited about trying new pedagogical and curricular approaches, and helping to define what a next-generation CS degree should look like

We strive to be elite without being elitist. Our goal is to build online learning that is accessible to as many learners as possible while maintaining a high bar for quality.
A learning engineer and life-long learner: you have strong pedagogical views, but you’re also adaptable and using new information/research to evolve your practices
Effective collaborator: you’re eager to build with other instructors. Faculty at Kibo teach from common curricula and contribute to shared knowledge to help us scale our reach and quality
Committed to cultural empathy: we want to take best-practices from wherever we find them, but also understand that cultural context is important in learning design
