Role Description

• We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
• The Telesales Executive will engage with potential clients via phone calls to promote products and services, develop and maintain relationships, and convert leads into customers.
• Responsibilities include lead generation, providing excellent customer support, following up on inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to drive new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Customer Support, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the refrigeration, energy, or related industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent work experience in sales or related areas

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles responsibly to move people or items to specified destinations
• Plan and follow efficient routes while adjusting to traffic and road situations
• Perform regular vehicle checks and promptly report any issues or required repairs
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good working order
• Accurately document trips, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery details
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Support loading and unloading activities when necessary
• Deliver courteous and professional service at all times.
