Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a skilled and dependable Professional driver to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of clients or goods, while representing our client's business with the utmost professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain punctuality by adhering to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, checking fuel levels, oil, tires, and overall vehicle condition.
• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic and road conditions.
• Keep accurate logs of trips, including destinations, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, both inside and out, maintaining a presentable appearance at all times.

Requirements

• National Diploma or equivalent education level.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• 5 years + of professional driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of road networks within Abuja and its environs.
• Ability to read maps, GPS systems, and follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
