Requirements

• Selected candidates must have a maximum of 10 years’ experience as a professional chef.
• Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience
• Selected candidates must have a minimum of HND degre.
• Should be able to Design and update menus featuring continental dishes (soups, salads, grills, pasta, pastries, etc.), Prepare, cook, and present meals to a high standard of taste and presentation.
• Should have good kitchen management skills
• Organize and supervise kitchen operations during continental service, Ensure proper use of ingredients, correct cooking methods, and consistent portion sizes.
