Role

• The role holder is expected to manage and coordinate the entire process of the rice production from pre-cleaning to finished product.
• The role holder will ensure quality production through effective supervision of staff and machines in the different units of production i.e. parboiling, milling, boiler and quality control.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in factory production management.
