Coding Machine Operator at Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry

Responsibilities

• Install code letters, symbols, or digital printing plates/cartridges.
• Adjust pressure, temperature, alignment, and speed settings based on the material (such as plastic, wire, tape, glass, or cardboard).
• Operating coding machine to print identification codes on materials such as wire, tape and plastic tubing.
• Installing specified code letters and symbols in machine mandrel using tweezers.
• Moving controls to regulate pressure of stamping die and heating device on mandrel.
• Starting machine and inserting end of material between feed rollers of machine.
• Coiling and tying printed material with code and stacking it on rack.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO with relevant experience.
