Production Technician
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 7 years
- Location Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Machine parameter settings, mould changeover and process optimization.
- Minor breakdown trobleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Rejection control, quaility improvement and wastage reduction.
- SACMI CCM (Compression Moulding) machines end-to-end production handling.
- Daily monthly production planning and target achievement.
- Coordination with maintenance, quality and utility departments, shift management and safety compliance.
- We are looking for a production technician with strong experience in caps and closures manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in a related field.
- Experience: 3 - 7 years in CCM caps manufacturing.
Required Skills:
- Deep Knowledge of CCM process and molds.
- Production efficiency & OEE improvement.
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in material handling (HDPE / PP).
