• Monitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare and manage the production budget.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals.
• Conduct training and development programs for production staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a water factory.
• Strong knowledge of production management, quality control procedures, and manufacturing principles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
