Duties
Ensure that panel and engine wiring are executed according to drawings
Ensure that gensets testing is done according to standards and checklists
Troubleshooting of failed units at testing
ECM programming
Genset controllers programming (mainly Deep Sea controllers)
Ensure that materials used in assembly are of accepted quality
Monitor the gensets looms assembly workshop and ensure all looms are assembled according to drawings and in good quality (also understand equipment & its capability plus development of any loom template boards if required plus train & develop relevant quality team)
Assist the design team to check physically for needed data to complete the designs
Suggest new designs that makes our products optimized (including cost reduction)
Training for the staff on new products
Minimum Requirements
Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: +8 Years
