    Production / Back Office Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production/Back Office Executive based in Lagos with some work from home flexibility. The Production/Back Office Executive will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, quality control, production management, and staff training.
    • The role involves effective communication with the team and ensuring that all produced items meet the set quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
    • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
    • Purchase materials, label materials plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
    • Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant
    • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
    • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
    • Manage internal budgets and forecasts
    • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
    • Monthly Stock Inventory Audit and weekly reports to Management
    • Find ways to increase quality of products
    • Support day-to-day store operation
    • Evaluate store and individual performances
    • Report on regional sales results
    • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
    • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
    • Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
    • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
    • Suggest and implement new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Packaging and delivery of client order(s)
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Applicants should preferably reside on the island.

    Qualifications

    • Passion for fragrance
    • Experience in production and operations
    • Understanding of the production processes.
    • A commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with Team
    • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and close sales
    • Resident on the Island

    Salary
    N320,000 Monthly.
