Production Assistant ( Paper Packaging / Plastic Supply ) at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE)

Working Terms: Full-time, On-site (Monday – Friday)
Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our Production Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of printing processes, and the ability to ensure consistent quality throughout production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Assist the Production Officer with daily operations
• Provide accurate colour guides and ensure printed output matches specifications
• Oversee print quality during production
• Ensure the correct paper type is used for each job
• Supervise die-cutting and pasting activities
• Inspect and sort printed materials, separating defective prints from quality output

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education: OND or SSCE
• Basic knowledge of printing and packaging production processes
• Keen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality control
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a printing/packaging environment is an added advantage
