Job Description:

• The Product & Partnership Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative financial products and forging strategic partnerships that drive the growth of the Digital Microfinance Bank. The role demands a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance digital financial products to meet market needs.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand product reach and adoption.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product launches and improvements.
• Monitor product performance and generate insights for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in product design and implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or partnership development in the financial or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital banking trends and customer behaviors.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic partnerships.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
