 Our client, a global reputable commercial bank, is recruiting to fill the position.

Job Summary

• Lead innovation and operational excellence across payment channels including mobile, online, and in-branch platforms.
• Ensure security, scalability, and customer-centric product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of payment products.
• Collaborate with fintechs and payment processors to integrate solutions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and updates in the payment space.
• Track and improve transaction success rates and customer adoption.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 4 - 6 years experience in digital payments or banking technology.
• Familiarity with NIBSS, Remita, and other local/global payment rails.

Salary
